The holiday home BEACH VILLA is located in the first row directly on the beautiful long sandy beach within one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in the Netherlands (4-star).
Unique:
The BEACH VILLA is the only holiday home with a roof terrace on the most beautiful stretch of beach in the area. Another unique feature is that the garden terrace offers direct access to two beaches (the main beach on the left and the dog beach on the right) . This is only available at the BEACH VILLA in Holland!
Simply walk barefoot from the BEACH VILLA through the fine sand to the water . And all without having to cross a road: fantastic!
The holiday home is particularly child-friendly and dog-friendly .
Therefore, the property is fully fenced. The 200m2 garden and terraces offer ample space for exercise. Direct beach access makes it easy to expand the range of play for children and dogs: simply open the garden gate and off you go!
The two terraces are ideally situated so you can fully enjoy the morning and evening sun. At the same time, there are also areas with pleasant tree shade throughout our property. Under the glass patio roof, you can enjoy the stunning sea views in the fresh air, even when it rains.
On the additional roof terrace, the sun can indulge you at any time of day. From the Sky Lounge (chilling lounge furniture and loungers), enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water, followed by a beautiful starry sky. All three terraces offer beautiful sea views, with the view from the roof terrace being spectacular. From here, you have a very good view of the sandy beach and a 180-degree ocean view . You can even see the marina from here. This way, you won't miss a single boat leaving the harbor .
A parking space is reserved for guests of the BEACH VILLA directly at the holiday home, whose immediate beachfront location also delights water sports enthusiasts: simply grab your windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding equipment from the car and then jump straight onto the board. It's a dream!
Premium amenities . Nothing is missing here. The BEACH VILLA is equipped with many special amenities. You can prepare a delicious cappuccino in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy it in a comfortable armchair in front of the panoramic fireplace , admiring the view of the water. In the evening, you can switch on the atmospheric ambient lighting and stream an exciting film on the high-quality Ambilight smart TVs (in the living room and bedroom).
Restful nights too. All three bedrooms are quietly located and equipped with large, comfortable beds (a total of six beds, some of which are box spring beds, each 200cm long), in which both adults and children can sleep comfortably. Freshly made beds upon arrival are included . The bedroom upstairs is particularly popular with children, as it is a typical Dutch mezzanine. The lower ceiling height gives it the feel of a cozy den. A special highlight is the gaming-capable Smart TV , on which you can even play online games! An additional children's bed can be added on the ground floor if required. A mobile fall protection barrier is available for the bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality insect screens . The BEACH VILLA has air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature for you.
The two bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fixtures and designer vanities. The rain shower function is pure wellness ! The separate toilet is practical and convenient, especially when sharing the apartment with several people.
